Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the box “I give my consent to the processing of personal data” in a form on the website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Индивидуальный предприниматель Липкина Лидия Александровна (INN 524830916587, OGRNIP 326527500103167, address: 603159, Россия, г. Нижний Новгород, Волжская набережная, 8/3 - 187) (the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Personal data
- email address, name; account data (password hash, two-factor authentication secret, if enabled);
- invoicing details, including the surname, first name and patronymic of the individual entrepreneur, the head and the accountant, telephone number; information about orders and payments;
- on license activation and verification: SHA-256 hashes of the computer fingerprint (of the machine identifier, motherboard, processor and system disk — without the serial numbers themselves), computer name, operating system information, program version, license key;
- information about downloads of the distribution (file, date and time);
- IP address and browser information — in the logs of sessions, actions, consents, downloads and enquiries and in the web server logs.
2. Purposes of processing
Registration and provision of access to the personal account; placing and fulfilling orders, issuing and verifying licenses, limiting the number of computers and transferring licenses; issuing invoices and closing documents; replying to enquiries; release statistics; confirming the fact of consent; ensuring the security of the website.
This consent does not cover analytics cookies (Yandex Metrica): consent to them is given separately — in the cookie notice on the website — and is withdrawn there too, via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page; the data and retention periods are described in the personal data processing policy.
3. Actions with the data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — using automated means. The databases are located in the Russian Federation; no cross-border transfer takes place.
Processing on the Operator’s instructions to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing: ООО «ЯНДЕКС» (YANDEX LLC; 16 Lva Tolstogo Street, Moscow, 119021, Russia) — sending email; АО «ИОТ» (IOT JSC; INN 7731399513; 42 Bolshoy Boulevard, bldg. 1, Skolkovo Innovation Centre, Moscow, 121205, Russia) — server hosting; ООО НКО «ЮМани» (YooMoney NCO LLC, YooKassa service; INN 7750005725; 82 Sadovnicheskaya Street, bldg. 2, Moscow, 115035, Russia) — accepting online payments and generating the cash receipt.
4. Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn; retention periods for particular data are set out in the personal data processing policy. The consent can be withdrawn by sending an email to libscanner@yandex.com from the address specified at registration. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except for data whose storage is required by law or which is processed for the performance of a concluded contract.
