Payment and Refunds

Prices

Prices are shown in the catalog in Russian roubles. Not subject to VAT (simplified taxation system, Art. 346.11 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation). The total amount is shown on the checkout page before payment.

Payment methods

• Bank transfer against an invoice. The invoice is generated as soon as the buyer’s details are entered when placing the order and is available in the personal account. Licenses are issued after the money is received in the settlement account — usually within 1–3 working days.
• Online via YooKassa — by bank card, via SBP (Faster Payments System) and other methods available on the payment page. After clicking “Pay” you are taken to the secure YooKassa page; card details are entered only there and are not transferred to the website. Licenses appear in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. The cash receipt is sent to the email address specified at registration.

Receiving the license

The product is delivered electronically; there is no physical delivery. License keys appear in the “Licenses” section of the personal account immediately after payment, and the distribution in the “Downloads” section.

Refunds

• If the key has not been activated on any computer, you can get a refund within 14 days of payment without giving a reason.
• If the program does not work as stated in the documentation and we have not remedied the defect, the money is refunded in full regardless of the time elapsed since payment — within the term of the license.
• To request a refund, write to libscanner@yandex.com or use the feedback form, stating the order number and the reason. We will reply within 10 days.
• The money is refunded by the same method as the payment was made: for invoice payments — to the settlement account from which the payment was received; for online payments — by the same method via YooKassa, to a card within up to 10 working days, depending on the bank; the refund receipt is sent by email. Licenses under a refunded order are revoked.
